Open International Tender (OIT) 2026

Supply of Solar Home Systems, Solar Hybrid Inverters and Productive Use of Energy (PUE) Solutions

Ignite announces the launch of its Open International Tender (OIT) for the procurement of Solar Home Systems (SHS), Solar Hybrid Inverters (SI), and Productive Use of Energy (PUE) solutions to support operations across Africa in 2026.

Operating across 12 countries, Ignite has the largest footprint in Africa’s DRE sector, working toward its commitment to connect 100 million people to clean, reliable energy by 2030. This goal is supported by a diverse mix of decentralized renewable energy solutions, including SHS, PUE equipment, mini grids, hybrid inverters, and commercial and industrial energy systems. To enable the next phase of growth, including the target of deploying more than 1 million DRE solutions in 2026, Ignite seeks to identify and partner with high-quality suppliers globally.
